As one of Jodie’s coaching clients I can honestly say that she puts me in the centre of every interaction she has with me.  Nothing is ever a problem for her, no matter how insignificant the request may be, Jodie she always gives us 100%.  We only wish we knew Jodie all those years ago and when we started purchasing property as we wouldn’t have made the mistakes nor would it have taken us so long to actually take the step to do it and overcome the fear factor that held us back.

Jodie is my property coach.  I started working with Jodie as I wanted to get into property but I didn’t know how to do it?  I went to heaps of seminars where the room was full of hundreds of people.  Presenters would come on the stage and tell me how they” brought 100 houses in 9 months and I can do it too”!!   I would leave full of motivation and on a high ready and rearing to get out there and buy property!  I would return home – only to get on the real estate websites and hit a stumbling block as I didn’t know what to look for or how to find the houses like the 100 that the presenter brought??  It seemed like they where holding back and not telling me the secret which meant I would have to go back to the next seminar to hear the next snippet of information – again which didn’t give me the knowledge or education I needed to actually be informed enough to buy a property? 

All these presenters were talking about “positive properties” but I didn’t know how to find them.  I would go to open houses and look but I always felt that there was something I didn’t know and I had worked so hard to save my money for a deposit  that I didn’t want to make a mistake and buy the “wrong” property? So I didn’t buy at all...

 I finally decided that enough was enough and I needed someone who could give me a complete education on property - which is when I found Jodie (thank god!).  She provided me with a structured program which provided me with the education I needed to not only make informed decisions but also helped me work out what exactly I was wanting to achieve – what was the goals or lifestyle I wanted to live?  I understood the different strategies that exist and that they are all good – it just depends on what I want to do and how quickly I want or can make it happen.  Jodie has written all my finance and I would highly recommend her to anyone who wanting someone who understands property finance – Jodie is not the average mortgage broker – she has a knowledge of property along with her indepth knowledge of coaching that sets her well and truly apart from anyone else writing your finance.   Seriously Jodie has saved me the cost of her coaching program many times over through not only through her advice and support on property selection (by making sure I calculated all the numbers correctly for the property to make an informed decision) but even through her advice and support when I was negotiating the price of a property (to top it off I am even able to claim her fee as a tax deduction – it doesn’t get better than that!)
